Our 1-bedroom condo is perfectly set up for a family of four. The large bedroom has a queen sized bed and bunk beds, both twin sized. We store a double sized air mattress in the unit, as well (possible 5th person?). The large combination living room, dining room & kitchen includes seating for four at the table & plenty of comfortable seating in the living room.

Both the bedroom & living room have 3 large windows facing south. The view is splendid from the 16th floor. View includes the Chicago River, Michigan Avenue Bridge, Wrigley building, Trump International Hotel & more. The kids favorite is watching the bridge rise to allow the sailboats to pass.

We keep a single jogging stroller in the unit for grocery shopping, to haul gear to the beach & to bring picnic items to free music festivals in Millenium Park & Grant Park.

A key fob will be included to enjoy the indoor pool, deck & health club. The condo has a 24-hour doorman for security, to answer your questions & to hail a cab. There is a pizzeria, a small grocery/liquor store & a McDonald's in the lobby.

Located in the River North area of Chicago. Tons of restaurants/shopping. Steps to the Magnificent Mile. Located on the Chicago River. 4 blocks to Millennium Park/Art Institute. 6 blocks to Navy Pier. Very vibrant area. Lots of nightlife. Easy access to anywhere in Chicago. 3 blocks to the Blue, Red, Brown and Orange line trains.

We prefer to do a non-simultaneous exchange. We need to travel during a break in our kids' school schedules so our dates are not very flexible. Our condo is a second home and is generally always available.

We are interested in travel from around October 10 to October 19. Our condo is available anytime.
