Live like a native enjoying everything NYC has to offer easily but also enjoying the Brownstone community of Park Slope with quiet tree shaded blocks.

Park Slope is arguably the most desirable area in Brooklyn which has become an extremely popular upscale part of the city. The homes are mostly 19th century brownstone townhouses on tree shaded streets. We are within 5 minute walk of Prospect Park (150 acres of green) and the Brooklyn Museum. There is excellent shopping and restaurants right around the corner. 5th Avenue one of the best restaurant streets in NYC is 2 blocks away. Access to Manhattan and all that is offers is 20 minutes away by fast train available across the street, offers you the ability to take advantage of everything the city has while not staying in the congested, noise and air polluted environment of downtown.

We also have a wonderful three bedroom house in San Miguel de Allende Mexico which we are willing to exchange as well. The last two photos are of our San Miguel house. San Miguel is an incredible 17th century spanish colonial town in the high desert mountains of central Mexico with a strong foreign community. San Miguel is well known as an artist colony and perfect for people interested in all the arts. There is a big infrastructure for visitors, spas, restaurants, music, theater, etc.
