Our house has two floors. It has 120qm.
You will find a combined kitchen and living room. The living room is furnish with Satellite TV, DVD with Dolby; Video.
In the kitchen you could use the refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffeemaker, dishwasher and so on.
In the first floor you can use the bedroom (1double-bed) , the housekeeping room with freezer, wine cooler, washing machine and tumble drier. Also we have a guest-toilet.
From the living room you could go to the terrace (about 25qm) .
On the first floor you will findbtwo guest-rooms with bed and TV. Also you find the bathroom with bath and shower and my office with high-speed internet which you can use during your stay.

Our house is situated in the town LUCKENWALDE.
You can find Luckenwalde in the south of Berlin. (About 60km) .
Here lives 22000 people. We have 1 new Kino, a theatre (BAUHAUS-style) , bowling, a fun-bath (indoor and outdoor) with Jacuzzi , slide-canal an so on.
In the near you will find the longest inline-way in Germany. They take in a round of about 200 km thru the surroundings called FLÄMING with all there woods and fields.
You could drive with a bicycle to or you can going on the (up-cable-garden) or the BMX-trail.
Also you could drive with a draisine on an old railway line.
Many good restaurants be in our town, there are Italian cuisine, Greece cuisine, Asian cuisine and many typical German restaurants for example the VIERSEITHOF with a one-star-cooking. For more informations look on the web-sites www.flaeming-skate.de or www.luckenwalde.de .

You can drive from Luckenwalde to BERLIN with all the interested things you will find in a capital; to POTSDAM (many old houses and castles especially Sanssouci) ; to DRESDEN (the world famous Dresdener Zwinger) ; LEIPZIG (super night live) and the famous region called SPREEWALD.
From our house you will arrive the:
- Station in 5min walk
- fun-bath in 1min walk
- inline-way in 15min drive
- Berlin with a car in 60min; with the train in 35min (every half hour)
- Potsdam with a car in 45min; with the bus in 45min (the bus station
you will arrive in 5min)
- Leipzig with a car in 90min; with the train 60min.
- Dresden with a car in 120min; with the train in 90min.

We will prepare all the information’ s do you need for making trips and so on.

If we know the dates as soon as possible anything is possible. I work for my own and so I could made holidays when ever I want.
