We live in schwabing, a very nice and central located area in munich. Our flat is very sunny and quiet. We do have one big livingroom with large table up to ten persons, internet and TV. Ful equiped wooden kitchen with table for four persons. Bedroom for parents and children room for up to three children. In the livingroom you do have two sofa which can be open for two double beds. Two bathrooms. A small terasse overlooking the town. The pool Nordbad is just two minutes away and you do have a spa just downstairs with floating, sauna (and salzgrotte?) also a hotel which offers restaurant and breakfast. The underground is 7 Minutes away (by feed). Optional there is a bus going there in one minute. There is a big shoppingcenter just two minutes away where you can buy everything. There is a lift, we live in the fourth floor. The citycenter is very near, you could walk in 40 Minutes or go by underground in 20 min. Munich offers a lot cultural events. To the english garden you walk in half a hour. From there you can walk along the isar. We do have two bikes and children bikes also seats for babys.

Munich is a very green city with lovely small village character, without skycraper! You can find in our area lots of historical, barock buildings. It is a international quater with people coming from all over the world, especially europe.

We will take care about your home, as we do at home and hope to find changing partner which will take care about our lovely home.

We prefere italy or other destination which can be reached by car.

Near the beach

We are a family with two children. I am a artist (arttherapist) and I do work with children but also adults. Idan has a small shop offering comfortable shoes, jeans and more.
