Our house is a 5000sqft 4 bedroom villa with attached maids quarters, located in an exclusive residential compound in Doha.
Master has an American King sized bed, 2nd bedroom has American Queen sized bed, 3rd bedroom has American Double sized bed and 4th bedroom has American Double. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a formal living room, formal dining that seats 10, a library, a second sitting area and an upstairs snug. The house *easily* accomodates 9.
The home has a garden with outdoor dining and sitting areas, a swing and a trampoline. The library is well stocked with books and the video library has plenty for kids and adults. There is a grill and lots of pool equipment and kids toys at your disposal. The house is installed with WiFi and there are 3 large flat screen tvs in various areas for your use.
The amenities include a chilled resort style pool/spa with cascading rock waterfalls, diving platforms and children’s lagoon. A clubhouse, restaurant, night club, pool hall, squash court, two tennis courts, fitness center, aerobics room, kids play room, and several children’s parks.
Although the villa kitchen is fully complemented, you may also choose room service delivery from the restaurant located on the compound.

The hum of the souqs (traditional trading market) is something everyone should experience for just the perfect souvenir, like gold or Persian carpets.
There are several interesting Malls with all manner of tastes being accomodated. The newest mall, Villagio,based on a shopping street in Venice has CarreFour, Mango and H&M as well as Burberry, Gucci, LV, Dior and Harry Winston Stores to name but a few. All the high street and luxury stores are thriving in Doha. Most shopping malls have some form of entertainment like amusement parks, ice skating rinks, snow sledding, gondola rides, etc.
Gastronomy;
Every kind of gastronomy is available from roadside shawarma to fine dining at any of the 5 star hotels from The Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Intercontinental, or Al Sharq.

Staff:
The house comes with a full time maid if reciprocal. She will take care of the housekeeping and cook as well as babysitting if desired.
There is a grounds man caring for the gardens and trash removal.
Maintenance is on hand if there is a need.
Transportation:
A BMW X5 can be swapped.
If desired, a driver can be arranged for the duration. One will be provided if reciprocal.
Taxi's and Limousines are also in abundance.

We are Americans who have have been living abroad for many years. My husband is invlolved in oil & gas and green technology and I keep track of the little ones. We have 2 great children aged 8 and 4. We enjoy traveling a good bit and do so a few times a year.
Our home is shared with a siamese cat. She is used to the affections of our children so is social and quite gentle. She will be looked after by the maid. Otherwise, it may be possible for her to stay with friends the duration of your stay.
We have a nanny/cook who we'd like to bring with us if one is not provided.
We don't smoke and prefer that you enjoy your tobacco in the garden.
